ABOUT THE EVENT

16th Edition of Waste & Resource Management Summit 2025 – 12 September 2025, Pune

India’s rapid urbanization and industrial growth have drawn global attention, positioning the nation on a fast track toward becoming a developed economy. However, this progress comes with significant environmental challenges—depletion of natural resources, escalating waste generation, and widespread ecological degradation.

With increasing awareness of the environmental impacts of conventional waste disposal methods, there is a growing demand for effective and sustainable waste management practices.

To address these challenges and drive meaningful change, CII-Godrej GBC is organizing the 16th Edition of the “Waste & Resource Management Summit 2025” – a one-day national conference to be held on 12 September 2025 in Pune.

The summit will convene industry leaders, government representatives, sustainability professionals, researchers, and solution providers to explore cutting-edge strategies and technologies that promote waste minimization, resource efficiency, and circular economy practices.

We are pleased to inform you that the CII Waste & Resource Management Summit 2025 and the CII National Awards for Environmental Best Practices 2025 will be jointly hosted as a two-day conference and exposition on 11 & 12 September 2025 at Pune.
